How long do apparel orders take?
Our apparel items are made to order and require up to 2 weeks for processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
When will my shirt order ship?
All Get Melted apparel is made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before your order ships. We appreciate your patience as we carefully create each piece just for you.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
Are your apparel items true to size?
Sizing may vary depending on the style. Some of our apparel items are designed as baby tees, giving them a more fitted, cropped Y2K-inspired look. We recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before ordering. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up. 🩷
